Add mushrooms and veal to create the perfect 'Zürcher Geschnetzeltes' served of course with Swiss Rösti.

Directions:
For 2 servings: add 18 g of powder to 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. low-fat milk) and bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Use more powder for a more intense flavor. For a milder taste, use more milk.
