    Thomy - "Fondue Chinoise Sauce Set"             Cocktail, Curry, Knobli (Garlic), and Tartare Sauce

    In Switzerland we can't get enough of Fondues… whether cheese or chocolate, fondue forks are dipped amongst friends and family to enjoy a delightful get together. Possibly copied from China's hot-pot tradition, the Swiss have altered the recipe and utensils slightly to Swiss versions. Popular during the winter months are Fondue Chinoise and Fondue Bourguignonne. Meats - popular is thinly sliced beef that you can almost see thru, and blanched vegetables are dipped in a bouillon pan in the Chinoise version, the latter, the Bourguignonne Fondue is popular with meats dipped in an oil pan. Meats and vegetables are then dipped in a variety of sauces and enjoyed with an array of other side dishes.

    We bring you a selection of fine dipping sauces from Thomy that not only can be used for dipping meats and veggies for Fondue Chinoise but can be used also as dips, spreads or for refining dishes.

    Cocktail Sauce / Dip
    Ingredients: rapeseed oil, spirit and wine vinegars, tomato puree, sugar, egg yolk, mustard, sea salt and salt, corn starch, lemon juice concentrate, red bell pepper powder, ginger puree, antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA)
