The Pinot Noir Spätlese will delight you thanks to the very appealing aromas of ripe berries with velvety tannins, which harmonize on the nose and on the palate, and make the wine a true pleasure to enjoy.

Color: Light ruby red with violet reflections

Alcoholic strength: 13.5 Vol. %
Vinification: Pinot Noir Spätlese is processed in the mash fermentation. The aging takes place in steel tanks with a few weeks of acidic aging in small casks
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve the wine at 16 - 18°C
Recommendations: Ideal for cheese, meat and game dishes
The grapes used in the Wunderstaa wines are obtained from the winemaker couple Ernst and Esther Gasser-Bircher. For many years they have been nurturing several hectares of vineyards with great commitment and according to the specifications of integrated production. The high-quality grapes are then given to the care of a small number of extremely experienced wineries, where it is ensured that the hand-picked grapes and gentle vinification are optimally coordinated. This enables Wunderstaa to achieve such high quality wines.
