The Wunderstaa top wines and brandies stand for high and balanced quality and can be measured with national- and international products. The high-quality brandies are based on high-quality and well-matured Pinot Noir grapes, quinces, mirabelles and Williams pears from the canton of Schaffhausen, which are distilled and refined by the Zimmerli Family in the Hallau distillery according to their own recipe.
