This Expovina Silver Medal winner Sauvignon Blanc from the Hallau Region in the canton Schaffhausen will delight with its intense aromas of gooseberries, grapefruit and elderberry notes.

The grapes used in the Wunderstaa wines are obtained from the winemaker couple Ernst and Esther Gasser-Bircher. For many years they have been nurturing several hectares of vineyards with great commitment and according to the specifications of integrated production. The high-quality grapes are then given to the care of a small number of extremely experienced wineries, where it is ensured that the hand-picked grapes and gentle vinification are optimally coordinated. This enables Wunderstaa to achieve such high quality wines.
