The timelessly beautiful, colorful and durable building towers from Weizenkorn promote the manual skills of small children. The educational games are made from local types of wood using child-friendly, saliva-resistant and non-fading, non-toxic paints and varnishes.

The aim of the game is to stack the 10 colored discs into a tower. The difficulty is that the discs each have a different number of holes. In variant 1, when stacked correctly, the round rods of different heights become visible through small openings. With variant 2, only one bar is visible over its entire length when piling up.
The Weizenkorn foundation is a social enterprise in which mainly young women and men in need of support work. In a meaningful job, they experience acceptance and appreciation. Over 300 people are employed in an accompanied workplace or are completing training, in the areas of production, sales, accounting, gastronomy, hotels and carpentry, the employees are accompanied by the internal social service and 80 team members.
The aim of the support work is to strengthen the existing skills and to improve employability in the private sector. Weizenkorn has existed since 1979 and is recognized by the Swiss Federal Government and the Canton Basel as a protected workshop and as a provider of professional clarifications.
