Wunderstaa obtains the grapes for the wines from the winemaker couple Ernst and Esther Gasser-Bircher. For many years they have been nurturing several hectares of vineyards with great commitment and in accordance with the requirements of integrated and sustainable production. The high-quality grapes are put in the care of a small number of extremely experienced wineries. Wunderstaa ensures that the hand-picked grapes and gentle vinification are optimally coordinated.
