Holderhof - Alpine Herbs "Alpenkräuter" Sirup

For Holderhof’s herbal sirup, the herbs are grown at the foot of the Säntis in Niederwil, canton St. Gallen, according to Bio Suisse guidelines. Personal monitoring by Mr. Christof Schenk is part of the daily routine. The sirup tastes very refreshing with a dash of lemon juice, and wonderful if served as iced tea.

Holderhof is a food manufacturer with the philosophy "from the field to the bottle". This means that they try to grow a large part of the raw materials on their own farm, process them and fill them in their own production facility. This means that the product stays in their hands from the start until it is ready to be bottled.

Directions:
Stir 1 part sirup into 6 parts of water.
