Since our beginning we set our standards of excellence very high at Swiss House Shop. We are aware that our customers have very high expectations from us for the products we provide and our service that we offer. We have chosen our motto / slogan to be: - "World's Finest", which for a start-up company is quite ambitious but where would we be and who would we represent if we were not driven by our self-motivation to strive for excellence?

Our measurement of success is not the sales volume we generate but by our customers, who not only continue to shop with us but also refer our Webshop to their friends, family, work colleagues and clients. With our limited exposure it is thus a pleasure to see our client base grow and what truly is rewarding to us is to receive compliments on our products (refer to product ratings) and also directly to us via phone, Email, social media, etc.

A recent comment received from one of our clients read as follows: "We ate the 4 packs of fondue & drank the Kirsch last night. All our guests were super happy.
