Swiss Beer in Hong Kong - A success, but why?

Swiss House Shop introduced Swiss beer in Hong Kong last year with a success. Questions continue to puzzle us as to what makes Swiss beer one of the best sold products thru our Webshop

Swiss Beer in Hong Kong - A success, but why?
Since we started our venture in Hong Kong in 2017 one of the most requested product in our Webshop has been Swiss beer. Little did we know that demand for Swiss beer would be so high in Hong Kong, given the vast range of other beers available in Hong Kong from all parts of the world. What makes Swiss beer so popular in Hong Kong among our clients is a question that continues to puzzle us.

Is it that it is not available other than thru Swiss House Shop - thus unique? Is it that people are always in search for something new they wish to try? Is it that it is made in Switzerland with Swiss mountain water and select ingredients from Switzerland? Is it the beautiful labels on the bottles? Is it that Swiss beer is subject to very stringent production laws in Switzerland and the quality standards are very high? Is it that Swiss beer is still produced in traditional beer breweries? Or is it because it just tastes great?

We don't have the answers to all the questions but maybe it is all of the above. Swiss House Shop imports beer from Brauerei Locher - Quöllfrisch in the Canton of Appenzell and from Feldschlösschen in the Canton of Aargau. These are certainly among the most popular but also highly regarded beers in Switzerland. This is also the reason why Swiss International Airlines, the Swiss national carrier, serves the Brauerei Locher - Quöllfrisch beer to its passengers.

As the case may be, and the reasons different for all clients to purchase the Swiss beer, we say "Zum Wohl", "Salute", "Sante" (cheers in the Swiss German, French and Italian) to all our customers.
