The Swiss Cherry
Swiss cherries are a very special fruit due to their short availability every year during the months of June and July. As a sweet source of energy and vitality, they are perfect summer companions: red, plump and with a lot of taste - but very low in calories. Cherries contain a lot of vitamin C and folic acid, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Swiss cherries are probably best known as 'Kirsch' liqueur enjoyed with a fondue or digestiv around the world.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool (15 - 17°C) place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
