Rapelli - Salami 'Spianata'

Swiss Salami is a symbol of Switzerland's Italian cultural element. Rapelli a Ticino originality, perfectly refined! The salami is manufactured according to Mario Rapelli's unique original recipe. That makes it a distinctive masterpiece.

Only selected, lean Swiss pork with a low percentage of bacon is used for this. Meat, bacon, spices, garlic and pepper process the Mastri Salumieri into an even, finely ground mass and fill it in natural casings. After the salami has been bound by hand, it slowly matures in the light-protected maturing cellar, which is constantly checked by the Mastri Salumieri. The Rapellino Salami gains consistency, develops a wonderfully sweet, inimitable taste and fine smell.
